Different Realities

In Different Realities Athena Tacha muses about external factors that shape our internal sense of ourselves and our world. She identifies particular people, smells, flavors and visions that are indelibly linked with certain time periods in her life and then describes startling associations that indicate that memories are not stored in discrete objects or places, but more generally, as moods. Further factors such as weather and companions come into play in her understanding of how “our subjective reality is constantly re-shaped re-invested with imagination and emotion.”
